American Midwest Ballet: The Wizard of Oz at Orpheum Theatre

The Wizard of Oz is making a return due to overwhelming public demand after its 2019 debut, which was a smashing success. Erin Alarcón, who is responsible for the choreography, uses the power of dance to create a mesmerizing interpretation of the classic Wizard of Oz tale and its well-known characters, including Dorothy, the storm-tossed but unflappable heroine; her traveling companions the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, and the Cowardly Lion; the Good Witch, the Wicked Witch, and of course, the Wizard himself. It's a thrilling experience that the whole family will be able to take part in and enjoy because not only do we have 21 professional dancers, but we also have spectacular sets and extravagant costumes.

The American Midwest Ballet, which is the region's professional ballet group, has designated AMB School as its official school. Classes are available at AMB School for students of all ages and levels of experience, including children, teenagers, and adults. The American Midwest Ballet is a resident professional dance group that performs work that goes beyond words for audiences in Nebraska, Iowa, and further afield. Their objective is to motivate people via dance programs of the greatest possible quality, which include spectacular performances, enlightening education, and elevating community participation. To achieve this, they perform both at home and on tour.
